Moon Valley Organics was conceived in 1998 by Kim Denand and Aaron Otto from a passion to live ethically and sustainably. At Moon Valley Organics, they grow their own sustainably farmed herbs that are 100% USDA Certified Organic, using biodynamic and permacultural techniques. These natural herbs are carefully dried, packaged, and processed on site in the Cascadia Bioregion in Washington. For the ingredients that they cannot grow themselves, Moon Valley sources from local organic farms and suppliers who support fair trade and the Rainforest Action Network (RAN).
