Return Policy

Our goal is to have every customer happy with the products they have purchased from Autumn Lilac Organics. We strive to source the best-of-the-best but if you are not totally satisfied please call customer service at 1-855-588-8838 or email info@autunlilacorganics.ca.

We accept unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase. The packaging must be in original condition. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number or RMA. Original shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are responsible for shipping costs on all non-defective item returns.

If your package arrived damaged or is missing an item please call us toll free immediately so that we can remedy the situation- 1-855-588-8838.
